Rosemary & Garlic Sourdough Focaccia

If you enjoy sourdough, you'll love this Rosemary & Garlic Focaccia. Similar to regular sourdough, it is made with the same simple base ingredients; our starter Otis, bread flour, water and salt. It's amazing used as a pizza crust or even just for dipping!

Made to order and available for pick-up ONLY at the Buffalo Gap Farmer's Market every Saturday (except the last Saturday of every month) 9am-12pm May-October.
